- akl12267 years agoSeasoned AceI’m kind of thinking natural island for a few reasons. I want to do rags to riches living off the island style. I feel like being near the waterfalls would be super convenient and it makes a lot of sense to be off the grid there like I plan on. I’m very excited to get started.
- I'm trying to decide on a host family for my first sim to visit Sulani, so for me the decision is between just the four occupied lots. You'd think that would make it easier, but it doesn't :(
- I’m planning on making a mermaid who’s scared of humans live on the shipwreck lot on the natural island.
- I’m planning three families.
Mermaids who will occupy an empty lot I’ll set up for important events of festivals for them where ever looks the most remote and then a nice 4 bedroom open air holiday house for all simmies with a care taker in the more natural part of the map and big glorious nature inspired Island Mansion/dream beach house for my uuuuber weathly sin Family. - XxAirixX7 years agoSeasoned AceI probably won't decide until the game is released and look at all the houses, lot space and the number of rooms, etc....might make my own house to replace some if I have a big family. Probably going to be half on the beach with maybe a separate room on the side like a guest house so that way there will be some space.
- ADashofAsh907 years agoSeasoned AceI have a Victorian-esque house that I made for my main family and I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to have it on the island and not look silly, haha. But I build it myself and have grown very attached to it.
- I'm looking at the 20x20 lot in the sailboat district.
- So far, I am thinking of only moving 2 of my sims households to Sulani.
I think Cheri Love is moving to the secluded island lot up by the volcano with her 3 cats. She'll be at one with the elementals and living off the grid and do the environmental thing. (I may move the shipwreck there for her to live in.
The other household will be Little Wolf and his bride from Salvadorada. I'm not sure if they will live in the town center, or over in the high end side of things.
I really have to have a look at each lot in game to make those decisions though. I understand we can't have basements on water lots so I don't know if I can use the shipwreck on the island yet. - dreaming227 years agoSeasoned Ace

Google Shipman House. It's on the Big Island in Hilo and is now a B&B. I've been by it a few times in my past visits to visit family there and it looks pretty Victorian to me. - sunspriter7 years agoNew AdventurerHas anyone seen any lots with pretty sunset views? I have an obsession ? but that would be my choice
