Where is "Get into Costume" From Wardrobe?

There's like a square platform on the ground that a stylist is standing next to, you need to interact with the platform.

Indeed, it's right next to the room where you get your hair done, you need to click on the little black box your sim will be standing on to get their wardrobe changed:

I am trying to change her into her costume. I can not interact with the platform, there is no stylist there.

I am having the same issues too. I click on the platform and nothing happens.

For the three of you having the problem of interacting with the platform, try doing a game repair. If you're unfamiliar with that, go into Origin, click on My Library, and RIGHT click on the Sims 4 cover. From there click on repair game and let it do its thing. It might take a few minutes, but if it fixes the problem, it's worth it. Best of luck and Happy Simming!
