where is the beach

There are several. One is on that island past the bluffs.

There are some beach areas on the island near residential lots; go to any of those residential lots and head toward the water. The community lot there, The Bluffs, is above, not below, the bluffs, so not technically beach.

The beaches are in the islands neighborhood. This is the beach near the empty lot on the island:

There is a great beach near the Bro household where Joaquin and Sergio live.

I'm guessing you can't find it because your looking for a full on big beach?
