Where Is the Best Place to Store All of Those Collected Upgrade parts?

I store them all in a time capsule that I keep next to the television.
I do not recall for sure if using time capsules as storage is a mod or not, though. I use coolspear's storage mods which make a ton of game objects into containers that you can store stuff in so it's hard for me to keep track, mentally, of which are base game storage and which are added by his mods. Basically, if there's a decor object that looks like it should be able to store things, then he's made it so it can store things.
