I love the storage boxes that came with Eco Lifestyle. Oddly enough, those and the cardboard dollhouse are probably two of my favorite objects from that pack.
As Akl500P said, the university storage boxes work great, as well as the base game trunks. I'm pretty sure you can find them by sorting by function BB, in the misc storage category.
