- do you happen to have a pic of it?
I usually use the hairdryer clutter item (I think it's from parenthood), so I never looked for one in debug.
Also sometimes debug items show under base game even though they should belong to a pack (I had that with the limosine that came with GF, didnt show when I filtered for GF but when I filtered base game). "RavenSpit;c-17977145" wrote:

I don't have a picture of it. I asked this same question on Twitter and no one knows but simmers have talked about using it. Your sim can change other sims hair with it from what I've been told. It's more then a clutter object.- I'd call it a hairstylist station and I cannot check in my game at the moment, but maybe this works: Temporarily make an expendable sim join the actor career, and when he is at the studio, enter the bb.enablefreebuild cheat. Now put the hairstylist chair into a room and save that to your library for future use. You can do this in a throaway save, even, if you don't want to mess with your main save.

Unless you have the mod that sorts debug items, your best bet is to just search through the debug items as most of them are called debug so searching by name doesn't help. I assume it looks like your standard hairdryer.
There is also the sim ray that can change other sims hair colour. It looks a bit like a hairdryer too.

Maybe you mean the All In One Styling Station from Get Famous? You can change Sims hair and makeup with it. That's not in debug, but regular build mode.

Edit: Oops, something happened with the link. I think it’s fixed now. "Rococo1256;c-17977320" wrote:

the chair looks like this, but some of the options might be from a mod.

only thing I could find via google that is just a hairdryer seems to be a mod.- crocobaura4 years agoLegendThe sims 4 syling chair looks like this. It's used on the movie studio lot to get your sim into character. Outside of that lot you can offer to or request to apply make-up/ do a makeover of sims. You don't get any money from it though.
Here's a sim getting a make-over in my game.

Yes, the hairdryer is part of the chair in the pic above.
