Where is the Personal stock ticker?

So I just moved a sim in to live with another sim, she's in the Business career investors branch and has the personal stock ticker but I put it up in her old house! I checked the family inventory, fruit bowl from the kitchen build mode and hobbies and skills section but I still can't find it? Did I loose it?

You could try looking in her old house and see if there's a way to recover it; you might have to use the freebuild cheat (which I can't remember the exact command to use right now). You might just have to buy a new one; it should be unlocked in BB since she was in the business career.

Ok, well I found it under items/filter/all, had to scroll down quit a bit to find it!

You could have filtered by base game only; the Business career was patched in a couple of months after the game released.
