Where is this floor in Windenburg?

I don't think you can use terrain paint on a non-terrain surface, but I'll be really happy if I'm wrong about that.

I run into a similar problem. If I use a brick stair, I can get kind of close for the walkway, but finding covering for the porch itself, not so much. I never once thought to use the terrain paint on a porch.

NOTE TO SELF: Check out the terrain paints you silly sod. LOL

This always makes me kinda mad, why the heck wont they give us those floors in bb so we can match our builds?

A lot of the floor paints aren’t available for us, just somewhat lighter or smaller variants?

Maybe if you use that paint and then give it an ultra-low-opacity dusting of a different, lighter-colored paint? It would take plenty of trial and error to find the right "finish."

There's a terrain paint similar but it's a bit lighter than the actual one outside of the lots.

I think that might be a terrain paint and not an actual floor? I'd have to check, though.
