Nordhaven is definitely Scandinavian inspired (I'm from Finland so this is my neck of the woods lol - Nord havn means North harbour in Danish), so the closest world in my head would be Windenburg (which I think as Germany/Central Europe). So, Nordhaven is up north. Windenburg to the south of it. Henford-on-Bagley and Britechester then in west as in UK.
