Where's the Cash Register?

If you to to sort by function, there is a retail section. It was the first item for me there.

It didn't show up at first. all I had was signs. I eventually got it. Thanks though. :)

I was able to find it by searching register.

Vets don't use cash registers in TS4, so you probably won't find it. Use the Vet Podium instead.
