Which business would you want?

I voted for hotels but I don't see why you couldn't buy the others as businesses that bring in revenue by themself like in TS3.

It was a tough decision for me between hotel, bar and tattoo + piercing parlour. I do really want hotels though - not just for sims to own though but more so for sims to stay and work in (e.g. as hotel assistants and managers). I think a hotel venue type would fit nicely with a beach vacation world pack. Running Bed and Breakfasts from home could be fun too.

To be really honest, I would like to have some kind of ticketing machine like we had in sims 2. With that machine we could charge visitors to use items on the lot. That would give flexibility and plenty of options to create whatever we want.

But hotels would be great to have but might be too specific for that solution.

All those would be great venues to own, especially if you have an entrepreneurial sim that wants to own it all; or just want some diversity in the career/ownership options and open some more options for random sims for hire.

Hotels were really fun to own in sims 3. Id love to see that feature return. I think it be cool to be able to own any properties like in sims 3 though. To run though I’d pick hotels.

Put me on the hotel bandwagon -- or maybe more like small inns or B&Bs. It would be nice to have a honeymoon getaway in Brindleton Bay for example, or a small hotel in Granite Falls.

My initial thought was hotels; loved them in TS3 but I would love to see something new. Maybe a factory, repair shop or garage (even if that meant we only got cars as objects).

I picked hotels, but I would love to get tattoo and piercing parlors in this game. I have been missing tattoo shops the entire game. I often forget to give my sims tattoos while in CAS (I blame cause they are a layer or so deep).
