Which lots spawn vendors for (food) stalls?
I want to build a community lot where my sims can go shopping. I don't want a retail store but a community lot with the stalls that sell produce and ingredients. The stalls I want to add are the groce...

Another thing--I think even the Community Space and all 3 of its lot subtypes will NOT spawn the Cottage Living stalls. Correct me if I'm wrong but I am obsessed with these lot types and I haven't ever been able to get them to spawn.
I remember someone said they did spawn, just not nearly every time. Not in my game tho, and I overuse the EL lot type. No voting in mine, all are sort of "all in one" versions.
