Most of my sims probably don't suffer much, but there are some that aren't so lucky. For example, Tidy Pancakes (one of my favourites) lived in an abandoned haunted house for quite some time and even though she is a slob it wasn't easy for her to live in the middle of all that flith and spooky things. I had fun, but Tidy? Not so much.
