- I ticked vampires but in reality jungle adventure is almost a tie lol I think they created awesome vampires this time around as in 3 I have to use a ton of mods to get the same vampire animations..
Jungle adventures is more of a destination holiday now after playing archeology :) - annaliese397 years agoSeasoned AceVampires is my favourite pack and for any supernatural/vampire fan like myself I definitely recommend it. The vampires are the best we've ever had in my opinion and so versatile and fun to play. Laundry Day would probably be my second choice since for me it is my favourite SP so far and one I use a lot (and this is coming from someone who didn't vote for the laundry theme). It's a big SP with lots of nice CAS and build objects and gameplay value. There is something really relaxing about watching my sim do their laundry and I think it is a great pack for family style players. I do like Jungle Adventure, particularly some of the build objects, but I don't use it as often since the jungle doesn't really suit many of my sim characters. My First Pet is probably my least favourite SP as I hardly ever use it, although the hamster is cute. It really depends on your own play style though which pack will appeal to you the most. I suggest checking out some reviews and SimsVIP guides if you haven't already.
- If you are into occult sims, then Vampires. If not, then Jungle Adventure.
- PhantasmKiss7 years agoSeasoned AceThe vampires are a lot of fun and, even aside from gameplay, there are a lot of really beautiful items that come with the pack. It gave me some of my favorite formalwear, and when I'm building, some amazing doors and furniture, too.
- I'd go with vampires, they're quite useful. Jungle Adventures is alright as well. Personally I think stuff packs are rip-offs.
- Karamazov1237 years agoSeasoned AceIt really depends. JA has some great CAS and Build Mode items, but Selvadorada itself isn't a good vacation destination. The temple stuff is really fun, but it's something you'll only do every once in a while, with the right sim.
Vampires is great, though. They're super fun and in-depth without being intrusive. The Build Mode is good for rich, creepy or haunted houses, but also makes for good Halloween decorations. Forgotten Hollow is also a nice and atmospheric neighborhood, though it's very small. - Netzspannung7 years agoSeasoned AceOf those 4 choices I would go with Jungle Adventure. First of all, GPs just add more to the game. Second of all, if you were really into vampires, you would already own the Vampires pack. The vampires are well made, but it's just the world that came with it is tiny and vampires can be a bit annoying. I don't even mean the very rare break-ins, but the vampire visitors that knock on your door late at night, lingering for hours and keep the game from switching to super-speed when your sims are sleeping. And JA gives your Sims a nice break and archeologist can be like a freelance career if you register yourself as such with the Ministry of Labour and make your money by selling the artifacts you find in Selvadorada. There are new dishes, two very nice new radio stations, new dance moves, new harvestables ... it adds enough to keep you busy for a while.
Regarding the stuff packs, as someone who used the washer/dryer in the game in one household only (I have +40 active households at any given time), I still have to say it is a good stuff pack. BB and CAS are very well done.
MFP is out of the question for me, never going to spend money on that one. - My first pet stuff is the best.
- SheriSim7 years agoSeasoned AceJA is a beautiful world. And my sim is having a great time being an archeologist. My second choice would actually be my first pet stuff, my sims children love their pets. I got Vampires for the world, I always believed Mortimer and Bella belonged there. The laundry pack i could have taken or left.... with seasons it is hard for clothes to dry on a line, I gave up on the clothes line.
- SheriSim7 years agoSeasoned AceOh in Vampires I also like the holes in the walls, cracks etc..... so even though I haven’t played Vampires yet, I do enjoy the build stuff as well as the world.
