Just apologizing in advance for the gigantic post... I hope it helps you when making your decision!
It really comes down to what type of player you are. Do you build and furnish houses frequently? Or do you spend a majority of your time in live mode? If you consider yourself to be more of a builder then I'd recommend buying three stuff packs, whereas if you're more interested in gameplay, I'd suggest getting at least one gamepack.
For gamepacks, I'd personally go with either Jungle Adventure or Parenthood. If you play a lot with families, Parenthood will be perfect for you! It adds a considerable amount of depth, new interactions between sims, and gives the player control over how their sims can raise their children. The build mode items are really great as well; very homey and awesome for creating family homes. However, if you're not too interested in family play, Jungle Adventure is a ton of fun. It honestly exceeded my expectations, and the world is breathtaking. I've only sent one group of sims there so far, and I had so much fun. What really impresses me with that pack is not only the stunning world and new skills, but also the fact that not every part of the jungle will be available to explore. Every trip to Selvadorada will offer something different and there's a chance of danger to be found around every corner. The clothing is surprisingly versatile and isn't as blatantly "Indiana Jones" themed as I expected it to be. I've been using a lot of the CAS items on my sims in their everyday wear, and not just when they're adventuring. Also, the build/buy items are very nice; I honestly can't think of one item I didn't like.
As for stuffpacks, that also depends on your gameplay style. Personally, I really like Kids Room, Vintage Glamour and Laundry Day. I use the items from Kids Room and Vintage Glamour a lot. The Kids Room SP offers some awesome build/buy and CAS items for kids. I can't even imagine having to decorate a room or clothe my sim kids without that pack, I use it so frequently. That pack also offers some styles of items that work well for dressing the children to appear more like a tweens than young children. Vintage Glamour added some of my favorite CAS assets to the game and the build/buy items are really unlike anything else other SPs, GPs, or EPs have offered. The items capture the vintage vibe really well, but are still versatile enough to be used alongside other furniture without appearing too out of place. Laundry Day gets a lot of flack from what I've seen, but I really enjoy the build/buy and CAS items. I think that the items in that pack go really well with the build/buy items in Parenthood. I'd also say that laundry is not nearly as much of a chore to me as it was in TS3, and in my opinion, was implemented into the game much better. If some of these don't really strike your fancy, I'll also recommend Romantic Garden and Backyard. Romantic Garden is really unlike anything else in the game, and if you throw a lot of weddings, I'd say the build/buy items in this pack are great for decorating venues. Judging by the fact that you already own Perfect Patio, you may also like Backyard. With it, you'll get some really bright, cute build/buy items and a water slide. I find myself using the garden decor, wind chimes, and bird feeder in almost every one of my sims' backyards.
Last but not least, you could always check out the past livestreams and reviews/overviews on YouTube. Seeing the items in game and witnessing the gameplay for yourself will probably benefit you greatly when trying to make a decision. After all, not everyone plays the game the same way and no one plays like you. Try to determine what you like the most and what packs will offer you the most enjoyment/use.
