Which pre-existing lots would make good exclusive clubs?

Question

I don't know if this has been brought up yet or not, but I just discovered that the exclusive clubs will have the lot trait that will make them that way unless I misunderstood something.  So it has got me to thinking which lots that are already in the game in Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, Windenburg, San Myshuno, or the other towns we already have.  Which of those community lots or lot types, do you hope to turn into an exclusive club?

I don't have it in my game anymore, but the nightclub in Windenburg would probably work well.

Club Calico in Brindleton Bay seems to be pretty exclusive. I can't really think of anything else, though.

I think San Myshuno would work better for Get Famous stuff. The penthouse lounge(stargazer?) would probably be good specifically.

That experimental restaurant? Chez Llama. I have it in San Myshuno and my sims love traveling to the city for dinner.

I converted The Narwhal Arms from a nightclub to a lounge -- it might get the Up and Coming lot trait along with Good Acoustics. The lounge in DSV that I keep will have the exclusive tag, as will the nightclub that will go where the museum is. I'll also make my spa in Oasis Springs exclusive for celebrities.
