I think if I had triplets, I’d like to follow all of them, so siblings in Britechester would probably be the way I would go. I would pick uni based on what suits their personalities and interests best, regardless of if they ended up on one campus or both. I would factor in that not all need to be making the grade to get in to a distinguished degree though, so that might help keep them all together while still being true to each Sims personality and story.
I evicted the Elderberry and Pleasant houses to turn both those units into boarding houses. You might like to do similar, so the siblings can live together, in Britechester and go to both Foxbury and U Brite.
