Not really. Most of the cities I have lived in in my long life (am 64) have had city-wide curfews. Plus, my parents were ones to set a curfew of their own, as well. I had to be back by 9:00 pm, whereas the city curfew was 10:00 pm. It cuts back on crime. And some teens are capable of defacing buildings or worse. Now, if the Federal Government were to get involved that would be Orwellian!
