Also, if you change Johnny into a teen and change his hair to the same colour and style as Malcolm's, you'll see just how similar they are. This is what I did for the story I wrote about him and you almost can't tell the difference. You also have to wonder why Johnny's eyebrows are the same yellow colour as Malcolm's hair (the yellow is most likely his real hair colour and he just dyed it blonde).
