Maybe I am barking up the wrong tree here, but it seems awfully convenient that Luna began to lose her mind only after her friend's murder so nobody could pinpoint her as the murderer, because they would be unlikely to track down her motive, whatever it may be, IF (and only if) she were indeed, the murderer. And since Luna has the key, she is free to lend it to whomever she wants at her whim.
I thought about Luna as well. Again, with the motive of power that I mentioned earlier. I would be looking at all members of the Paragons. Sergio does seem like the most obvious but I hope it's not that easy.
