Suspects & Motives:

Moira and Dominic Fyres: Recently moved to Brindelton Bay, leaving the home with their daughter Siobhan and her new husband, Sergio. They don't seem to have a reason to kill their daughter

Sergio: Recently married. Rumor has it that he is romantically involved with J. Hunnington. Did him and J plan to murder and get the house all along?

J. Hunnington: See above

Morgan Fyers: Sister. Seems unlikely, since she's currently living with Alexander Goth in Forgotten Hollow

Villareal Family: Known criminals and often at the bottom of all things murder

Ulrike Faust: Locally known as a petty thief who gets involved in mischief. In a rival club. Could this pauper have been jealous enough to kill her rival?

Why was Siobhan outside in the cold?
Why didn't she notice the ladder was removed first?
What was her motivation for going to the pool in the first place?
What was Sergio Romeo doing at the time?
Where was Sergio Romeo when this was going on?
Where was Jameson Huntington when this was going on?
How far in was relationship between Sergio and Jameson before Siobhan died?
Were there any particularly strong feelings between Sergio or Jameson?
Did Siobhan have a large inheritance besides the house?
Why would Moira or Dominic murder their young adult daughter for if she was loved by them a lot, given the house and a nice chunk of money to start out with?
Morgan tries to be this bad girl but her personality shows she is a good girl and still has her innocence about her. Did Morgan misunderstand Siobhan trying to look out for her or did Morgan know all along?
Despite Morgan being part of a rival club, was she really at peace trying to be a bad girl or was it just a teenage phase, the innate distress to latent authority figures and something that would go away in a few years?
Are all the Villareal's criminals?
Would Luna, an innocent sweetheart want to give up all she has and all she wants from her future to murder some young woman?
Would max have the intelligence and ability to break into Siobhan's place?
