I was confused about Luxury Party objects used in City Living, but you mean that the fountains in the festivals are basically the same as that the one from Luxury Party, right? But if I remember correctly, they're not technically available in the buy mode. Or I'm missing something?
My point is, maybe it will be someting similar with Spooky Stuff decorations. We still don't really know how decorating houses works in Seasons, maybe there will be option like 'Apply Spooky Decorations', and only then they will appear, but they won't be useable otherwise. I don't know, that's just a thought.
