Why are there Spooky Stuff items in the seasons trailer? DLC for a DLC? Again?

When I saw the trailer, I noticed some things that I didn't expected, funny how it is but I was wondering if why are there Spooky Stuff items in the video. I have a feeling about this. https://scon...

I’m guessing it’s to give some simmers a chance to have a bit of the Halloween/fall stuff, if those simmers don’t have Spooky Stuff.

I’m not upset. It wouldn’t be the first time a sims game reintroduced some content in other packs. (Sims 3 and its various items and vampires in two packs, etc.)
