A Guru confirmed that we wouldn't need to purchase Spooky stuff in order to celebrate Halloween. They said that while that pack adds some nice extra items, it isn't needed.
Of course it isn't needed but what is Halloween without pumpkin carving and costume parties? Both that cam with that pack.
There's Incognito Party with the base game, which is a costume party. The selection of guests' outfits is more narrow, but I guess they could add some costumes with Seasons, and tweak the party in general (for example, include the Star Wars costumes from one of the patches).
Didn't that party only come with the special edition or something?
