Why can’t Sienna….
In my new let’s play, my sims best friend is Sienna. But I can’t invite her anywhere and she doesn’t show up in my phone list or anything. Is it cause she’s a horse trainer or what? I’m so confused.

That sounds like a mod conflict or game bug. If it happens with an empty Mods folder, I'd head over to https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs.
