Why can't we change height?

The developers would have to adapt every single height to everything in this game. Every animations, interactions etc. Is it doable? Yes probably, but it would take a long time and resources as well. I'd rather see them use their time and resources on adding new gameplay etc.
Also getting tired of the word "representation". Not everything have to represent every single detail from our life and world.
