Why "disable dust" instead of "disable dust bunnies"

Any plans on adding a "disable dust bunnies" option instead of just "disable dust"?

I'm still waiting for the dust and bunnies to appear since they nerfed it. How long does it take now @texxx78 ? (I'm asking you cos I know you use the pack)
