Why "disable dust" instead of "disable dust bunnies"

@elanorbreton Try playing a week per household. You will see dust then. I've noticed in my game that if I rotate away from a dusty lot, when I return it's still dusty.

I also thought that having sims throw away the dustpiles that appear may slow down the dust accumulation but it seems not so.

I play a week per house and I did leave some of the houses dusty, which made the next house already have dust bunnies in them when I rotated to them. That makes sense why I'm seeing dust everywhere.
