is she born in game and became vampire through aging up?
if so the dark form may have different features to the normal form I've had it a lot with Vlads babies where they look like completely different sim in dark form
you can correct it if you link the forms and then slight tap her face features in normal form enough to tell game to replicate those on the dark form
i think her face length seems different in dark form that is also common theme with aged up vampires
