@Crocobaura, You are right...I've seen it used autonomously at the festival too, now that you mention it. That's pretty much the only place I've ever seen it used autonomously though. I don't have a restaurant that has one, but I do have some bars that do. Never seen it autonmously there.
Hmm...but now that we're talking about it, I realized that using a bubble blower is an available club activity. So, time to make a Stoner's club with a hangout for the hookah bar that I have. That gaurantees it will get used. :)
