Hmm...but now that we're talking about it, I realized that using a bubble blower is an available club activity. So, time to make a Stoner's club with a hangout for the hookah bar that I have. That gaurantees it will get used. :)
Oh, I have a sort of gathering place for growing herbs, smoking bubbles and preparation of fun concoctions in a community space lot disguised as abandoned containers. That place is mayhem but they do sell pizza so I visit with my sim occasionally to buy pizza and sell stuff.
