I put a bubble blower in an Arts Center I built hoping my my little artsy-fartsy Sims would use it autonomously. All they ever do is react in disgust to it. :(
I've only ever seen Sims use it autonomously during the Spice Festival but nowhere else. I think it's a cool item, but no one ever seems to use it or like it.
