All my occults use the bubble blowers and have them in their houses. I also have them in the bars and clubs that they frequent.
Bubble blowing is a learned skill. The object is not to choke and it usually takes a couple of sessions before they can actually benefit from it. I particularly love the Fairy Fizz...the sound is hilarious! I think some of the flavors you have to avoid, like the one that will put your sim to sleep for a few hours, also the one that will make your sim very sad and depressed.
I love the bubble blower too because of the club activities and positive emotions are fun for the sims. One of the food critics' daily tasks is to try 3 flavors of the bubble blower...right up my sim's alley. B)
