Why do we have Negative thread for a pack that is not yet released?

I normally won't spend time on a pack's negative thread, and definitely not before the pack is released. What is the point of being negative o something before even seeing or trying it? How do those d...

I always felt like a neutral thread wasn't necessary because every other thread besides the positive and negative are neutral.
Like catloverplayers threads for example. There is a count down where you can express any opinion about the pack. A world thread to express any opinion about the worlds and other threads as well.
But that's just my opinion. If you guys wanted a neutral thread I don't see a problem with it.
