Yeah, I think you have to take the time off through the phone instead of the PTO thing, mostly because the wording on the phone says "Take Paid Vacation" or something like that instead of paid time off. I'd try that, because it always seems to work for me, and I don't have the vacation packs so it's not Selvadorada or Granite Falls.
