Why EA is not fixing the "plants reverting to dirt piles" issue?

I have a very difficult time believing EA genuinely does not know how to fix this issue. I think they aren't fixing it simply because it is not financially advantageous. I don't think they care beca...

I think plants, except trees, are only supposed to grow when in season and are dormant otherwise?
