Yes, they changed this, and previously it was the children who they stopped from changing. I hate it, I've played for years now and having to remember to make teens and kids change for school after all this time is aggrivating.
LittleMsSams has a mod fix for the children already, I'm hoping she will eventually do one for teens too.
