- Suziish7 years agoSeasoned AceThere are two randomize buttons in CAS. A randomize CAS Parts button (on the left) and a randomize from the gallery (On the right). If you are randomizing from the gallery, it will show the 'original' creator. Make sure you are using the randomize buttons on the left.

Thank you. I feel so bad like I stole someones sim when that was not what I was intending to do. - DragonAge_3009057 years agoSeasoned AceI fixed it by deleting that sim and making a new one.
- sobenewbie7 years agoSeasoned AceIt is totally all right to use sims from the gallery in your game if you want, you are just not supposed to upload them to the gallery, unless they are your creations. The idea behind the gallery is to share, so no one minds if you use them in your game. Plus, it's a great way to add variety to your game.
- DragonAge_3009057 years agoSeasoned AceThat was the problem. I uploaded it not knowing it wasn't my creation. I deleted the uploaded sim and made my own from the left randomize button to upload and put it on the gallery.
ETA. I haven't played the sims for a long time, so that's how it got by without me noticing it wasn't my sim creation. I've been playing a different building game where you know when you download someone else's work.
