Why is my Sim sparkling?
One of my Sims - the father in a household - is sparkling? Why? He is cooking something. I can't figure out what this means.

So I understand why my sim would sparkle when performing a certain task but what does it mean when the entire house sparkle? Does it mean that my sim likes a clean house and the house is clean or does it mean something else? Sorry for the loaded question in advance.
