Why is the game skipping many hours when restarted?

I don't know if this will help you, but I pause my game and then save and exit my game. Next time I load my game it starts exactly that way again, I have to unpause once it starts up, it remains in pause until I do. No mods needed for that, I play vanilla (no cc or mods) and I can do that ;) No time lost, starts the same time to the last minute :)
