I would love bunkbeds, I think they would be useful in small houses, univeristy dorms, households with lots of children, and even in outdoor retreat rental houses. Spiral stairs would save space if used in tall rooms, for normal height rooms they take the same four squares as the normal stairs. For space saving, I think it would be more useful to have a 1 or 2 tiles elevator. Cars would be nice to have, even if they just use them to teleport from on place to another. In TS2 it was possible to work and upgrade an old car, and all cars had the option to sit and listen to music and woohoo in them, learn to drive or install an alarm. They gave us bikes, so I am hopeful that eventually they will give us cars. As for why do people demand these things, I guess it's because it's a life simulator and with more choices the simulation becomes more engaging.
