Why is there a huge Penny Pizzazz on the side of a building - ie specifically why?

She's definitely some sort of celebrity or super popular sim.

If she is that rich and famous then how come my Sim pays for everything?

That rat pays for nothing. Everything is billed to my Sim - "Hey, let's go for a meal - you're paying".

In my game, this lady works at a food stall not in the social media career. I have never played her so I guess either she retired and opted for a more sedate, quiet life or she got fired.

That background *could* update with a player's Sim though - it is feasible to do it.

It would be cool if a player's Sim could eventually make it onto the side of the building.
