Why is there a huge Penny Pizzazz on the side of a building - ie specifically why?

I've never played Penny Pizzazz or whatever track of Social Media she's on (I had a Sim who was in the Public Relations track, she made like 3000 Simoleons a work day up at the top of that track). The CL careers are great when you're raising a family, BTW. I'd love to see similar options rolled out for some of the base game careers or used in an Education-focused pack for home study options.
