Why is there still only 3 trait slots?

We’re almost 6 years into The Sims 4 and still only have 3 traits to choose from? They spent time creating that weak story mode in CAS that nobody asked for, why can’t they add a few more trait slo...

It would be nice to actually have 4 slots and then be able to pick from each character.
