The number one problem with traits has been mentioned repeatedly here. They simply aren't strong enough! Jealous is the one that comes to mind as one that really is strong but I don't understand why they made that one so strong and the others are so weak. We need a big update that modifies all the existing traits to be stronger AND to give us a huge new addition of strong traits of varying kinds. The update also needs to let us add up to 5 traits. That way people can still only stick to 3 traits if they still want to. We also need a "likes/dislikes" system. For example, you give your sim 3 likes in CAS and that sim will often do that action/activity autonomously and perhaps get a small positive moodlet from it. The 3 dislikes they would never do autonomously and if you made that sim do it they would get a small negative buff and react like they don't like it or are bored.
