Why It's A Good Idea To let Your Sims

… Clean the dishes. Many a time I will speed up the process of cleaning the dishes for and with my Sims. But, one thing to keep in mind, I realized as I watched Erik go into his Lair/Music Room/Rock Star Cave, is we should mostly let them clean the dishes. They know where the dirty ones all are hidden.

Keeping the title in mind, please add what you've learned to let your Sims do.

When living off campus, i get my sims to travel to the front of the house around the 20 minute left mark before class starts. By the time they're on the sidewalk, they will still get to class on time.
  • I've learned that if you leave your sims alone to live autonomously, they are pretty good at keeping their moods/needs in balance, as well as performing all their responsibilities  If you haven't tried it, you should! Unless you're very good at multitasking, I find it challenging to rotate through everyone in the household and keeping them happy, and when they're unhappy they refuse to do most everything. Buuut, like I said, if you walkaway from your computer and go make a snack for yourself, you might be surprised how quickly they resolve themselves from unhappy to happy.
