It depends on your definition of "rabbit hole".
If you mean specifically a building in which sim disappear than, yes, technically there are not too many in Sims 4 - but the whole University ;) .
If it's just an activity for which sim disappear (how I define this) than there are tones of rabbit holes - schools, skill classes, all that "concerts" our sims get invited to, all base game jobs that are not active... Any difference between these and sims 3 style rabbit holes is only that sims vanish without using buildings.
Which I assume is the limitation of close world. If rabbit hole say for "concert" would be a building somewhere your sim would have to travel there with loading screen and all that stuff just to vanish while all other sims of your family would be uncontrollable at home. So it's much more effective just to make them vanish from the home lot without any travelling. So no buildings.
