Why the Rabbit Holes Are Excluded from The Sims 4

To be honest I would like to see more University/Batuu style rabbit holes in all existing worlds, it would make the closed spaces feel much more interactive, there could be a variety of locations like grocery stores, salons, spas, restaurants, etc. where Sims disappear for a moment and return with appropriate buffs and motive/relationship increases.
Either this, or give players the option to send sims to a community lot alone similar to how active careers work.
