The game is just poorly optimized. I’m playing on an RTX 2080 Super 16GB of Ram At 1080p resolution and I’m getting anywhere from 160 FPS to 55 FPS. It seems to me that the FPS drops happen when I’m on community lots where there is lots of Sims around and lots going on. On residential lots I get a steady frame rate.
