Why won't father winter give gifts to toddlers?
I'm just really confused. Of all the sims in the game to not give gifts to, the little ones? Its weird that they can ask for presents and never get one and so they always have terrible holidays!

When my toddlers have failed to get a gift from FW, I noticed a thought bubble of a screaming mouth with a red line through it. I think it means that FW can't understand what the child is saying and thus ignores them. I'm thinking that higher communication skills will negate this problem. ?
